Garry was great. His communication over the phone was prompt and clear. He came over to take a look at our old dishwasher that was not draining properly. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained it to me clearly. I paid a deposit for the repairs, but my property manager ended up not wanting to do the repairs. Garry was very accommodating and refunded me my deposit.

The dryer broke Tuesday. My work schedule is erratic and exhausting. I found Q&P through Google and booked my Saturday appt online.I was given the window of 12-3 but at 10:45am received a text they were coming in 15 minutes. Their serviceman Gary assessed the problem and spent over an hour disassembling my dryer, cleaning it out (22 years old and never serviced: my bad) spending well over an hour on the job. He fixed the problem and the price, I felt, was quite reasonable.I had been mentally prepared to shell out $1k for a new dryer. Instead, I spent a couple of hundred, saved my dryer and was introduced to the company I will now go to for any appliance repairs.I am one very happy customer.

Gary replaced the water pump on my LG front loading washing machine.He has lot of experience, replaced it with the OEM part. Very fair price. I called two others from Yelp, their prices were much higher.Very professional and knowledgeable. I will refer him in the future.

I had a problem with my washer. Garry scheduled an appointment with a Tech Artur and he did his best to satisfy my expectations. It took him a few minutes to find and diagnose a problem. Fortunately, he had a spare part to solve the issue within an hour. The price quote was fear and the working attitude is on top level. Highly recommending these guys as a good example nice organized family business. Pleasure to deal with them.

So pleased! Artur diagnosed and fixed our dishwasher quickly. All the coordination was done via text and I got updates about when he would arrive (which is rare from handypeople!). And then…when a week later I accidentally put the wrong soap in my dishwasher and thought (incorrectly) there was another problem, he came out within an hour to take a look and gave me some tips about dishwasher maintenance. Such a reliable company!

After calling more than 12 repair services who were either nonresponsive or would not work on LG dishwashers I called Garry who came out within 2 days, correctly diagnosed the problem, got the part, scheduled Arturo to do the repair all in under 2 weeks! I live out of state and my tenant in CA said their washer wasn’t working. I didn’t know a repair person or didn’t have any recommendations. I blind called about 4 companies from searching on google. Garry was the only one to return my call. Within 2 days he found the problem, got the part (washer drain hose), and fixed the washer. He made it very easy for me to pay him with venmo. Not sure if he has the best price but knowing it got fixed and done right was all i needed. Being out of state and getting this taken care of so quickly made the process stress free. After the washer drain hose was replaced my tenant personally texted me to thank me for the company I chose and he said they did a great job. Gary came out to our house within a couple hours of calling him when our fridge went out. Evaluated it, said it was the compressor but it should still be under warranty. Very honest. Stayed to call the company with me to setup a time that they would come evaluate and fix it. I really appreciated that. I will definitely be calling Gary when we have other things that need fixing!

I have invited Quick and Pro into my home two times so far this year to assist with my new LG washer dryer tower. Artur was professional and helpful as he showed me how to drain and clean the water pump filter. Artur offered great advice to keep my LG running efficiently, and as a new owner of an LG, I appreciated that. Garry was just as congenial as Artur. Had a broken front loader washing machine. Gary came out and assessed the issue with the washing machine. He repaired it and it’s working great. He’s a good communicator and was nice enough to clean up afterwards. Will definitely be using him again. It’s nice to have someone like him in the area.

They are honest and will tell you approximately how much to repair before they charge you for an onsite diagnostic. They also gave me tips to try to avoid having them come out. One of their pieces of advice FIXED my issue and saved me the onsite fee and being ripped off by replacing something that did not need to be replaced. I have already recommended Quick and Pro Appliance repair to a couple of our customers because of how they treated me. Here’s the example: I gave him the problems with my refrigerator, the model and serial number, and he told me how much to replace the piece that was most likely leaking. He also recommended I try leaving the unit unplugged for 24 hours. Wouldn’t you know it! Our fridge came back to life with out needing to replace the $1000 part (which we would have just cancelled the service call and bought a new fridge). Highly Recommend.
