Garry was great. His communication over the phone was prompt and clear. He came over to take a look at our old dishwasher that was not draining properly. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained it to me clearly. I paid a deposit for the repairs, but my property manager ended up not wanting to do the repairs. Garry was very accommodating and refunded me my deposit.

The dryer broke Tuesday. My work schedule is erratic and exhausting. I found Q&P through Google and booked my Saturday appt online.I was given the window of 12-3 but at 10:45am received a text they were coming in 15 minutes. Their serviceman Gary assessed the problem and spent over an hour disassembling my dryer, cleaning it out (22 years old and never serviced: my bad) spending well over an hour on the job. He fixed the problem and the price, I felt, was quite reasonable.I had been mentally prepared to shell out $1k for a new dryer. Instead, I spent a couple of hundred, saved my dryer and was introduced to the company I will now go to for any appliance repairs.I am one very happy customer.

I had a problem with my washer. Garry scheduled an appointment with a Tech Artur and he did his best to satisfy my expectations. It took him a few minutes to find and diagnose a problem. Fortunately, he had a spare part to solve the issue within an hour. The price quote was fear and the working attitude is on top level. Highly recommending these guys as a good example nice organized family business. Pleasure to deal with them.

So pleased! Artur diagnosed and fixed our dishwasher quickly. All the coordination was done via text and I got updates about when he would arrive (which is rare from handypeople!). And then…when a week later I accidentally put the wrong soap in my dishwasher and thought (incorrectly) there was another problem, he came out within an hour to take a look and gave me some tips about dishwasher maintenance. Such a reliable company!

I’m so glad that I found these guys on Google. Garry and Arthur came to my house for a very reasonable service fee for the estimates (far less than most of the guys out there). Then Arthur came to fix my dishwasher and dryer few days later for a very affordable price. Just like their name, QUICK AND PRO!

Clear communication is important in any service, and it’s especially important when it comes to appliance repair. The technician was able to explain the problem and solution clearly, which likely helped me feel more confident in the repair process. Additionally, the fact that the repair was completed fully and effectively is a testament to the technician’s skill and expertise. It’s always a relief to have appliances working properly again, the repair service was able to provide that for me. The service was amazing and that I were satisfied with the repair. Thank you!

I live out of state and my tenant in CA said their washer wasn’t working. I didn’t know a repair person or didn’t have any recommendations. I blind called about 4 companies from searching on google. Garry was the only one to return my call. Within 2 days he found the problem, got the part (washer drain hose), and fixed the washer. He made it very easy for me to pay him with venmo. Not sure if he has the best price but knowing it got fixed and done right was all i needed. Being out of state and getting this taken care of so quickly made the process stress free. After the washer drain hose was replaced my tenant personally texted me to thank me for the company I chose and he said they did a great job. Thanks again for all your help on such short notice Garry!

Gary came out to our house within a couple hours of calling him when our fridge went out. Evaluated it, said it was the compressor but it should still be under warranty. Very honest. Stayed to call the company with me to setup a time that they would come evaluate and fix it. I really appreciated that. I will definitely be calling Gary when we have other things that need fixing!

I have invited Quick and Pro into my home two times so far this year to assist with my new LG washer dryer tower. Artur was professional and helpful as he showed me how to drain and clean the water pump filter. Artur offered great advice to keep my LG running efficiently, and as a new owner of an LG, I appreciated that. Garry was just as congenial as Artur. He performed service maintenance on my LG for me the same day that I texted. No job is too small for them, and they have always been accommodating. Feel lucky to have found them.

They are honest and will tell you approximately how much to repair before they charge you for an onsite diagnostic. They also gave me tips to try to avoid having them come out. One of their pieces of advice FIXED my issue and saved me the onsite fee and being ripped off by replacing something that did not need to be replaced. I have already recommended Quick and Pro Appliance repair to a couple of our customers because of how they treated me. Here’s the example: I gave him the problems with my refrigerator, the model and serial number, and he told me how much to replace the piece that was most likely leaking. He also recommended I try leaving the unit unplugged for 24 hours. Wouldn’t you know it! Our fridge came back to life with out needing to replace the $1000 part (which we would have just cancelled the service call and bought a new fridge). Highly Recommend.

This is the third time I have used Quick & Pro Appliance Repair, and they are THE BEST. Garry has been my tech each time, and he has been so incredibly helpful and professional. First for my fridge’s ice maker, then a small fix for my dishwasher, and finally, this time, for a new valve for my dishwasher. Apparently my dishwasher water pipes are special – they are hidden behind the dishwasher instead of under the sink! Garry had to remove the dishwasher, fix the valve, reinstall it, and repeatedly tested the applicance to make sure everything was working. Thank god!! We were without kitchen water!Scheduling via text is super efficient, and each time, we’ve been able to have a tech come to us in Canyon Country within 24 hours. So incredibly knowledgeable, consistently thorough, and also a great value. Especially when they are willing to text you back when you have follow up questions after your appt!Choose Quick & Pro!! Seriously!!

Quick Pro is very quick. We were able to get out washer fixed on the same day. It was going to be a long day if my husband would have to complete the job. He did not have the right tools. He utube how to fix the problem and it would have been a big problem because the technician did not have to do what was suggested. We are so happy. The washer is working and my husband did not have to be frustrated with working on the washer. It was a reasonable price for a house call. We definitely call for any future need.

Thoroughly impressed with the service, knowledgeability, and results. Choosing a trustworthy technician is always a challenge but I would highly recommend Garry and team – you’ll feel at ease. My problem ended up being fairly minor and instead of just taking the easy route and suggesting a major overhaul he and his team picked the best and most complete solution – not just the priciest. Thankful I have them saved in my phone for future needs!
